Our delicious Lavender Syrup was a hit at the Source Trade Show earlier this month. South west chef of the year Jamie Coleman demonstrated a delicious Lavender Duck using the syrup and our lavender flowers that are perfect for cooking. Quite a few visitors were keen to buy a bottle to take home! The syrup is great drizzled over fresh berries, icecream and in a glass of fizz. We will shortly be making this product available to purchase online.
